The Burns Course is open for play all year round.

Usage of the Buggy's is subject to acceptance of the "Buggy Rules and Instruction"

Exclusive use by arrangement.
Full payment is required to secure the booking. Please note bookings of less than four persons for any one tee-time may be paired up, at management's discretion.

Method of Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Cheque or BACS. BACS payment will only be accepted more than four weeks in advance of your tee time reservation. Failure to pay in full will result in cancellation of reservations.

Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to date of play will be refunded in full. Between 7-14 days there will be a 50% cancellation charge. Those received less than 7 days before date of play are non-refundable. Refunds are not available due to delayed or cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injuries or illness. Management strongly recommends that all golfers consider travel insurance.

Alteration of Booking
Subject to availability tee times can be moved one day either side of original booking at no additional charge.

On Arrival
All visitors must report to the Professional Shop 15 minutes before their allocated tee-time

Please be ready to play off at your allocated time. Gentlemen visitors must play from the Yellow tees, Ladies from the Red tees.

Dress Code
The underlying rule is that Members and Visitors must be appropriately dressed at all times.Denim Jeans, Shell Suits, Collarless Shirts are not permitted on the Golf Course.

Golf caps, metal spikes and waterproof garments are not to be worn in the clubhouse.

Speed of Play
All golfers are requested to adhere to their instructions and keep up with the match in front. If you find that you are losing ground to the game in front please invite the game behind to play through.

Please respect the Course by replacing divots, raking bunkers, and repairing pitch marks on the Greens.

Clubhouse
Facilities include ladies and gents locker rooms, golf shop and lounge. Food and beverage served throughout the day.
